A note from Parks Canada about last lockage times Some locks may open later during low peak seasons. Check with lockmasters to confirm times. At most locks, boaters must arrive at or before the last lockage time. The Trent-Severn Waterway, which is under the jurisdiction of the federal government, is managed by Parks Canada.
