Homebuyers skip inspections to win the deal

The lack of properties on the market are pushing buyers to skip home inspections to give themselves a greater chance of closing the deal. With multiple home buyers lined up to purchase properties conditional offers are being overlooked as buyers are willing to take a chance. It is a risky proposition for buyers to skip an inspection however the market is leaving them very little choice.
