LINDSAY — Looking to replace longtime clerk Judy Currins, the City of Kawartha Lakes found what they needed close to home. On Monday (Nov. 6), the municipality announced the hiring of Cathie Ritchie, who comes to the city from the clerk’s office in Northumberland County.
