David joined Kawartha Waterfront Realty after a career at a major Canadian bank, where he worked at the vice-president/managing director level in the areas of risk management, international banking, and treasury.

Integrity, customer service, and teamwork were integral to David’s success as a banker, and he brings these same values to Kawartha Waterfront Realty. David also brings a strong commitment to the use of market data and analytics to objectively measure the success of the brokerage in meeting its clients’ needs – he is always happy to share this information with potential customers.

David has a passion for the outdoors and the Canadian north – he has canoed many of Canada’s iconic Arctic and Barren Land rivers, and is now enjoying introducing his three young children to the charms of the wilderness.

David has enjoyed spending weekends in the Kawarthas since 1997, and now lives on Balsam Lake year-round.

David has a Masters of Business Administration degree from Queen’s University. He is also a Director of the Balsam Lake Association.
